While there are potential challenges and risks associated with AI in L&D, such as job loss and bias, we can lower these risks by prioritizing upskilling and reskilling, ensuring the ethical use of AI, and sharing the benefits of AI with their workforce.

The success of my projects was never one skill or achieving perfection, but knowing how to play to the strengths of my team, working as one, building skills and capabilities along the journey from within, and creating a growth curve to allow them to learn and thrive. Mentoring my team to achieve their professional peak and finding a balance. You are not remembered for how successful was the project, but the relationships built with the stakeholders, the trust and confidence in your team.

Project 1-Consultant/ID/Project Management Singapore-Based Bank
The client, one of Accenture’s largest stakeholders, embarked on a comprehensive digital transformation of their business operations, workforce, and processes. Neeta played a key role in the skills-to-capability transformation initiative, leading the project by developing strategic pitches for the company’s CTO and CLO. Her focus was on proposing innovative solutions to bridge the gap between the client’s current skills and required capabilities within their talent pool. Through extensive research and a deep understanding of the client’s vision, Neeta gained their trust, delivering impactful presentations that received immediate approval. Neeta consistently delivered presentations within a 24-48 hour turnaround, collaborating with a UK-based partner who managed the client relationship and followed a rigorous approval process before final presentations. This project was also integrated with a learning capability playground, enabling banking employees to test their skills and acquire new capabilities.
Project 2 – Project Manager/ID/Consultant US based Energy Company
The client was transitioning to an AI-driven IVR solution for their call center, requiring a comprehensive business change impact assessment and change management strategy. Neeta collaborated closely with the client to identify business impact gaps and training needs, designing a cutover strategy and delivering tailored training for agents, as well as a train-the-trainer program. She worked with department heads across the organization to implement a robust change management and learning and development strategy, ensuring high adoption rates across various sectors.
Leading the project from inception to delivery, Neeta provided innovative solutions, leveraging project planning tools like the RACI matrix to ensure accountability and clarity. She partnered closely with the AI solutioning team to craft a winning strategy that allowed the project to be completed ahead of schedule. Managing over 20 stakeholders, Neeta skillfully coordinated different project streams, frequently interfacing with AI experts to bridge knowledge gaps for the client. Additionally, she took the initiative to get certified in NICE, becoming the client’s go-to expert for the AI implementation.
As the lead for the learning strategy, Neeta was responsible for developing and executing training programs, ensuring long-term solutions aligned with the broader change management objectives. The client highly praised her skills, management, and timely delivery, awarding her a 5/5 for her exceptional work.
Project 3-Learning Experience Designer (Hybrid Learning solution)
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I led the development of a blended learning solution that revolutionized the participant experience. By incorporating cutting-edge technologies such as VR, gamified learning, and virtual networking, I created an engaging and intuitive learning environment that achieved a 100% adoption rate. The program offered a balanced integration of comprehensive learning resources with a strong focus on participant wellbeing, ensuring high levels of engagement and motivation throughout the training. The solution delivered timely and impactful learning, surpassing expectations during a challenging time. This initiative set a new benchmark for L&D, showcasing the power of innovation and adaptability in delivering exceptional learning experiences.
